One of this week’s assignments was to complete a Myers-Briggs type personality assessment. Below is the breakdown of the Onyx Cohort (you guys). You can see there are many commonalities in this group!
For next Thursday, September 1, please look up your personality type on the website 16Personalities.com. Mouse over the drop down for Personality Types and click on your personality type, read over this and make note of the more interesting things you find, and save this information to your laptop and have it accessible for class on Tuesday. Be prepared to discuss what you think is pertinent to your work in this class and to your work life.
Next, write a blog post about your personality type and what about it you think makes you a good teammate. Again, you can write about other things you find interesting as well.
