Media Release Forms for ASGC Events


The Arkansas Space Grant Consortium (ASGC), in collaboration with NASA, often photographs and records participants during events for educational, promotional, and public outreach purposes. To ensure compliance with NASA’s policies, all participants must complete a media release form before engaging in ASGC-affiliated activities.
By signing a media release form, you give permission for ASGC and NASA to use your image, voice, and name in materials such as:

✔ Websites & social media
✔ Promotional materials
✔ Educational programs
✔ Broadcasts & livestreams

How to Submit Your Form

Submit Your Release Form in Three Easy Steps:

3) Submit! Your form will be automatically sent to the ASGC team.
